Claims (1)
- 入力パルスをダイオードで整流する整流回路と
、バイアス電源電圧を分圧する抵抗回路に前記ダ
イオードと同じ温度特性をもつダイオードを付加
接続した第１の分圧回路と、基準電圧を発生する
第２の分圧回路と、前記整流回路の送出電圧と前
記基準電圧とを比較して前記入力パルスの有無を
示すパルス信号を出力するコンパレータとを備え
ていることを特徴とする温度補償形パルス検出回
路。
