性高分子物質のシート中に導電性粒子が分散され
てなる導電性シートであつて、 (a) 前記導電性粒子は、前記導電性シートの
厚さと同等かそれ以上の粒子径を有し、 (b) 前記導電性粒子は、前記非導電性繊維の
網によつて隔離され、かつ少なくともその一部が
前記導電性シートの表面に露出するように分散さ
れたものである、 ことを特徴とする異方導電性シート。 (2) 前記導電性粒子が、加圧変形性樹脂粒子の
表面に金属層が被覆形成されたものである、実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の異方導電性シ
ート。 (3) 前記導電性粒子が、加圧変形樹脂と導電性
物質との混合物により形成されたものである実用
