Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ターゲツトに電子線を照射し、発生した特
性Ｘ線を試料に照射するＸ線銃において、 前記ターゲツトは断面が円弧状に形成され、そ
の円弧の属する円の中心で回動可能に支持され、 前記ターゲツトを回動させる駆動機構が備えら
れ、 ベローズにより前記ターゲツトの凸面側が真空
内になり、前記回動中心の支持部及び回動駆動機
構が大気側になるように隔離されていることを特
徴とするＸ線銃。 (2) 前記ターゲツトの凹面側には真空外から冷
媒が供給される実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に
記載のＸ線銃。 (3) 前記ターゲツトへの電子線照射が電子銃に
より行なわれ、ターゲツトから発生した特性Ｘ線
がターゲツトの電子線照射位置を含むローランド
円上に配置されたＸ線分光結晶により同ローラン
ド円上に配置された試料上に収束される実用新案
登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項に記載のＸ線銃
。 (4) 前記ターゲツトへの電子照射がフイラメン
トにより行なわれ、ターゲツトから発生した特性
Ｘ線が直接試料に照射される実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項又は第２項に記載のＸ線銃。
