図は別配管例を示す第４図と同様の図、第６図は
円筒体の被覆体を用いた例を示す第１図と同様の
図、である。 １……紫外線放電灯、２……被覆体、３……口
金、４……保持具、５……連結口、６……空気入
口、７……空気通路、８……空気出口、９……熱
電対式温度計、９ａ……温度表示部、１０……容
器、１１……空気圧縮機、１２……弁、１４……
真空ポンプ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 紫外線放電灯外周を紫外線透過性材料による被
    覆体で被覆し、該被覆体内に冷却用空気を供給お
    よび排気する口を設けて、被覆体内の空気を積極
    的に移動させるとともに、冷却用空気供給路また
    は排気路のいずれか一方に空気流量制御弁を設け
    て、被覆体内の温度を紫外線照度が最大になるよ
    うに調整し得ることを特徴とする殺菌用紫外線照
    射装置。
