Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体の入口と出口および弁座を有する弁本体と
    、前記弁座に対向して配置され前記入口と出口と
    を遮断または連通させるダイヤフラムと、このダ
    イヤフラムを挾んで前記弁座と反対側に形成され
    ている背室と前記出口とを連通するパイロツト弁
    孔を有しダイヤフラムに固着されたパイロツト弁
    座および電磁駆動のプランジヤに設けられたパイ
    ロツト弁体からなるパイロツト弁とを具えている
    ダイヤフラム弁において、前記ダイヤフラムに前
    記入口と背室とを連通するブリード孔が設けられ
    、且つ前記ダイヤフラムの背室側に重ねられたダ
    イヤフラム受と前記ダイヤフラムのブリード孔が
    設けられている部分との間に隙間が形成されてい
    ることを特徴とするダイヤフラム弁。
