Claims (1)
- 流体の入口１と出口２および弁座３を有する弁
本体４と、前記弁座３に対向して配置され前記入
口１と出口２とを遮断または連通させるダイヤフ
ラム６と、このダイヤフラム６を挾んで前記弁座
３と反対側に形成されている背室９と前記出口３
とを連通するパイロツト弁孔１０を有しダイヤフ
ラム６に固着されたパイロツト弁座１１および電
磁駆動のプランジヤ１２に設けられたパイロツト
弁体１３からなるパイロツト弁１４とを具えてい
るダイヤフラム弁において、前記ダイヤフラム６
の前記背室９側に外側周縁部をダイヤフラム６と
隙間１９を有してダイヤフラム受１８が重ねられ
ており、前記ダイヤフラム受１８は前記隙間１９
へ向かう面に形成された周方向へ延びる溝２０お
よびこの溝２０を通つて両面に貫通した通孔２１
を有し、前記ダイヤフラム６は前記入口１と背室
９とを連通するブリード孔２２を前記溝２０に対
応する位置に有していることを特徴とするダイヤ
フラム弁。
