Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. バルブの国側２の受圧面積ＡＡと等しい受圧面積ＡＤを
    有する背圧室１２および前記背圧室の外周部にＯＵＴ側
    ６の受圧面積Ａ、と等しい受圧面積Ａ、を有するパイロ
    ット室１３を形成するように後端部に小径部１４が形成
    された主弁４と、主弁に設けられたＩＮ側２と背圧室と
    を連通させるチョーク１６と、背圧室１２内に入れられ
    主弁４がＯＵＴ側６に対してＩＮ側２を締切るように７
    １ウジング１に対して押圧するスプリング５と、背圧室
    とタンク１５との間に介されたニードル弁９と、パイロ
    ット室１３と連通されタンク１５とＯＵＴ側との選択的
    接続を行う切換弁１０と、を有することを特徴とするチ
    ェック付シーケンス弁。
