は凹溝の縁の斜面形状の各種実施例を示す断面図である
。 図において、１．１１はダイヤフラム、１１ａはダイヤ
フラム外周部、２はボデー、５はパイロット弁孔、６は
プランジャー、７はブリードオリフィス、８はダイヤフ
ラム背室、９は弁座、１３は凹溝、１７は入口、２０は
弁孔、２１は出口をそれぞれ示す。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ダイヤフラムには、ダイヤフラム背室と弁孔間に
    パイロット弁孔を備え、ダイヤフラム背室とボデー人口
    間にブリードオリフィスを備え、該パイロット弁孔を、
    励磁コイルで駆動されるプランジャーて開閉するダイヤ
    フラム弁において、ダイヤフラムの外周部をボデー側に
    設けた凹溝に嵌入させると共に、固定しないで自由にし
    、かつ開弁時は該凹溝のダイヤフラム背室側の縁にダイ
    ヤフラムが当接し、閉弁時は該凹溝のボデー人口側の縁
    にダイヤフラムが当接するように構成されていることを
    特徴とするダイヤフラム弁。
  2. （２）ダイヤフラムの外周部を嵌入させる凹溝のボデー
    人口側の縁およびダイヤフラム背室側の縁の少なくとも
    片方が、ダイヤフラムが面接触するように斜面になって
    いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）
    項記載のダイヤフラム弁。　　′
