Claims (1)
- 電気部品を収納し液体冷媒の沸騰によつて冷却
する容器とその上方に位置し容器とはパイプによ
つて連結され、容器で発生した冷媒の蒸気を冷却
し凝縮させる凝縮器とからなる沸騰冷却式整流装
置において、前記容器の内面に絶縁物をコーテイ
ングしたことを特徴とする沸騰冷却式整流装置。
