Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被処理物の表面を反応室でプラズマ処理するプ
ラズマ処理装置において、 前記反応室を画成する反応容器が、長手方向に
沿う両端が解放された反応筒と、その両端解放部
をそれぞれ着脱可能に閉塞する一対の蓋部材とに
より構成され、 前記反応室内において前記反応筒の長手方向に
沿つて配置された長尺の被処理物の一端に対応し
て、一方の蓋部材にプラズマ導入口が設けられ、 前記被処理物の他端に対応して、他方の蓋部材
に排気口が設けられている、 ことを特徴とするプラズマ処理装置。
