いてオン・オフ制御した電圧を昇圧トランスに印
加するスイツチング回路と、前記昇圧トランスに
よつて昇圧された電圧を整流する整流回路と、該
整流回路によつて整流された高電圧を負荷に印加
した際に流れる電流を検出する電流検出回路と、
該電流検出回路によつて検出された電圧を前記ス
イツチング信号生成回路に負帰還する第1の負帰
還回路とを備え、該第1の負帰還回路から前記ス
イツチング信号生成回路に負帰還される制御信号
に対して重複する態様で前記外部制御信号を供給
することによつて出力電圧をオン・オフ制御する
よう構成したことを特徴とする高電圧電源装置。 (2) 前記整流回路によつて整流された高電圧を
分圧する分圧回路と、該分圧回路によつて分圧さ
れた電圧を前記スイツチング信号生成回路に負帰
還する第2の負帰還回路と、前記第1の負帰還回
路から前記スイツチング信号生成回路に負帰還さ
れる制御信号に対して重複する態様で前記第2の
負帰還回路からの信号を負帰還して過電圧を防止
するよう構成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録
