流回路と、該整流回路によつて整流された高電圧
を負荷に印加した際に流れる電流を検出する電流
検出器と、該電流検出器によつて検出された電圧
を前記スイツチング信号生成回路に負帰還する負
帰還回路とを備えた高電圧電源において、前記負
荷に並列に接続したコンデンサをもうけると共に
、前記負荷と高電圧発生部との間に前記電流検出
器を配置するよう構成され、該電流検出器を用い
て検出した信号を前記スイツチング信号生成回路
に負帰還したことを特徴とする高電圧電源のソフ
