外部制御端子からの高電圧発生信号にもとづき高電圧発
生信号を徐々に供給する高電圧発生信号回路と、該高電
圧発生信号回路からの電圧が供給されるデッドタイム・
コントロール端子とをそなえ、該端子に供給された電圧
にもとづきスイッチング用のパルス電圧を発生させるデ
ッドタイムコントロール回路とを有スることを特徴とす
る高電圧電源のソフトスタート”回路。
