生じなくなる最小負荷電流値に対応する出力電圧
の検出電圧と、スイツチング素子をパルス幅制御
させるために前記制御用ＩＣに印加される出力電
圧の検出電圧とが一致したことを検出してダミー
負荷を切り離す回路を備えたことを特徴とするス
