マイクロコンピュータの電源として加えると共に前記マ
イクロコンピュータにより不揮発−性メモリを駆動する
ようにした不揮発性メモリ制御回路において、前記商用
ＡＣ電源信号を検出し、その検出出力を前記マイクロコ
ンピュータに与える検出回路と、前記不揮発性メモリに
コントロール信号を与えると共に前記検出回路の出力が
入力されないときには出力端子に第１状態の出力を発生
し極用回路から検出出力が与えられると第２状態の出力
を発生するようにプログラムされたマイクロコンピュー
タと、前記マイクロコンピュータの第２状態の出力によ
り作動して前記マイクロコンピュータからのコントロー
ル信号を前記不揮発性メモリに供給されないようになす
