Claims (1)
- 一次圧と二次圧間の流路に弁シートを形成する
と共にこの弁シートに対して二次圧側から密着及
び離反可能な調整弁を設け、二次圧と調整スプリ
ング圧のバランスで作動するダイヤフラムと前記
調整弁を弁軸で連結すると共に前記弁軸の中間に
ベロフラムを取り付けてこのベロフラムによつて
一次圧側と仕切られた導圧室内に、弁軸内に開通
して設けた二次圧導入孔を介して二次圧を導入す
ることにより前記調整弁にかかる背圧を前記ベロ
フラムの作動により軽減するように構成したベロ
フラム付直動型ガバナにおいて、弁シートで囲ま
れた開口部の面積をベロフラムが受ける一次圧の
受圧面積（有効面積）よりも小さく設定して成る
ベロフラム付直動型ガバナ。
