Claims (1)
- 一次側流路と二次側流路との間に介在されてい
る主弁の変位によつて前記一次側流路から前記二
次側流路に流出される流体圧が調整され、また前
記二次側流路の上昇した流体圧が排気口から外部
に排出される減圧弁であつて、前記主弁には、前
記二次側流路と前記排気口とを連通させるリリー
フ孔が形成され、前記二次側流路の流体圧を一面
側に受ける主弁用ダイヤフラムが前記主弁に着脱
自在に当接されて前記リリーフ孔を閉じ、また前
記二次側流路の上昇した流体圧によつて前記主弁
から離脱して前記リリーフ孔が開かれることを特
徴とする減圧弁。
