One of the anticipated main purposes of the present invention is to standardize the formwork of the foundation structure, which is relatively difficult to formwork, thereby making it easier to set up or remove the formwork. This is because it is possible to quickly create a foundation structure that is unnecessary and has exactly the desired strength.

Next, one of the other main objects envisaged in the present invention is to eliminate the need for multiple marking and other operations or surface treatments as in the past, and to save the carpenter's or plasterer's labor as previously mentioned. The purpose of this invention is to eliminate the need for formwork materials, which would otherwise be required for formwork assembly, and thereby to significantly reduce construction costs.

Next, one of the other main objectives anticipated in the present invention is that by covering the ordinary cast structure with GRC material, which has excellent weather resistance and water resistance, as a surface material, it can be used in relatively harsh environments. The aim is to significantly improve the durability of the foundation structure under harsh conditions.

Furthermore, one of the other main purposes anticipated in the present invention is to eliminate the need for the conventional curing treatment, especially the curing of waste concrete, and the curing of cloth foundations, and if necessary, the next step of the work can be carried out. The aim is to make it possible to start immediately, thereby making it possible to effectively reduce the construction period.

Furthermore, the various other purposes anticipated in the present invention will be made clear in turn through the following explanations, and the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the appropriate and purposeful effects of these characteristics. In order to achieve this, the gist of the structure is such that a pair of symmetrical alkali-resistant glass fiber-reinforced concrete plates are erected facing each other with an appropriate separator for tightening the formwork interposed therebetween, and the side opening ends of the assembled plates are Considerable design changes were planned in line with the gist of this invention, with the main point being that they were successively connected and installed in series.

The details of the present invention will be described below with reference to a typical embodiment shown in the drawings. Reference numeral 1 is a plate of arbitrary width bent in a rectangular shape, and usually has a chopped resistance of about 3wt% to 10wt%. It is made of GRC, which is made by kneading alkaline glass wool using premix, spray suction, extrusion, or other methods.

Therefore, the plates 1 form a left and right pair,
Moreover, it was planned to have a symmetrical shape,
It is made to form an inverted funnel shape when assembled with at least 2 to 2 separators,
Attachment holes 3 to 3 for the separator 2 are formed in the circumferential side thereof.

It should be noted that this separator 2 was planned to be available in various ranges, but due to problems such as ease of assembly or post-molding treatment, the separator rod 2a was chosen.
On the other hand, the tightening bolt 2b is made to be screwable and detachable through the plate 1, and after the casting and curing, the tightening bolt 2b is removed and the hole is filled with mortar 4 or the like and this is appropriately closed. was planned.

Further, engagement step portions 1a to 1a are provided at the side edges of the plate 1.

Formwork plates 1 to 1 having such a configuration are arranged with cutting stones 5 to 5 arranged in a row at the bottom of the cut and compacted with a mandrel, etc., and then filled with cut gravel and successively formed into the engaging stepped portion 1a. ~1a were placed and supported so as to be joined, and the separators 2 and 2 were connected and erected, and after placing vertical reinforcements 6 or lateral reinforcements 7, etc., concrete 8 was directly cast and cured. The present invention is based on the characteristic structure of the narrative, especially
A formwork is formed using GRC, and this formwork is made into a permanently discarded formwork, and this formwork is erected directly on top of the cut stone 5, and the foundation concrete 8 is poured directly onto it. The concrete effects of the above-mentioned characteristics were made possible by allowing the stone to be laid and cured. In other words, in the construction of this type of foundation structure in the past, the treatment of cracked stones was generally used. After processing the cut gravel, etc., first concrete was poured, and after curing, it was marked out and a formwork was assembled.Concrete was then poured, cured, removed from the form, and backfilled. However, when using the waste formwork according to the present invention, the above-mentioned pouring and curing of waste concrete, marking of the cloth foundation, form forming, pouring and curing, and removal of the mold are unnecessary. , directly in concrete8
This makes it possible to perform backfilling immediately after placing the concrete 8, and to start the next work.

Therefore, the construction work required to construct such a foundation structure is significantly reduced, and the materials used are also limited, thereby effectively shortening the construction period and reducing construction costs. . In addition, by covering the circumferential surface with GRC, the excellent strength characteristics, weather resistance characteristics, etc. of the GRC can be effectively created, and there is no need for plastering such as chipping or chiseling. It promises the desired appearance characteristics.
