(Prior Art) As is well known, in all conventional wooden foundations and other foundation works, a temporary frame is assembled, and later concrete is poured into the space between the temporary frames arranged on the left and right, and wait for the concrete to harden.
~ 4 days later, the assembled temporary frame is dismantled, and the disassembled temporary frame and auxiliary materials are arranged at the site and transported to the material warehouse by the vehicle and other transportation equipment for removal processing outside the site. After the material removal and the on-site maintenance are completed, it is necessary to carry out the backfilling work and the work of leveling the refilling foundation with mortar so that a schedule of 7 to 8 days is usually required.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) The present invention requires a great deal of labor and time for assembling and removing the above-mentioned temporary frame, and it takes 3 to 4 days to wait for the hardening of concrete in the middle. By solving the problem that occurred, using the panel molded with concrete of the present invention, when the arrayed sets are installed sequentially with the required spacing left and right like the conventional temporary frame, the foundation work proceeds in parallel, When concrete is poured into the space between the panels arranged on the left and right at the same time as the panel assembly work is completed, the panel and concrete are integrated to form the foundation body, so that the foundation can be quickly leveled and backfilled. Therefore, the work can proceed without waiting for the concrete to harden, and there is no need to remove it even after it has hardened, so there is no need to dispose of waste materials and materials at the time of on-site removal, and no outside treatment. Not in stock It does not require a place.

The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a panel of the present invention formed into a plate shape from a concrete material. Reference numeral 2 denotes a lower half connecting surface formed by notching the lower half of the panel 1 on one end side (the left end in FIG. 1) in an inverted L shape. Reference numeral 3 denotes an upper half connecting surface in which an upper half of the panel 1 on the other end side (right end in FIG. 1) is cut out in an L shape. 4 is a substantially L-shaped cross section in the longitudinal direction at the corner of the outer surface side (front side in FIG. 1) of one end (left end in FIG. 1) of the panel 1 to the position of the horizontal surface 5 of the lower half connecting surface 2. It is an abutting surface of the upper half part formed by notching. 6 is a vertical surface of the lower half connecting surface 2
Is a lower half butting surface which is cut out in a longitudinal direction at a corner portion on the inner surface side to a height of the horizontal surface 5 of the lower half connecting surface 2 and which is cut out in a substantially L-shaped cross section. Reference numeral 8 denotes an upper half portion formed by notching a corner inwardly of a vertical surface 9 of the upper half connecting surface 3 in a vertical direction to a position of a horizontal surface 10 of the upper half connecting surface 3 in a substantially L-shaped cross section. It is a butt surface. 11 is the other end of panel 1 (right end in FIG. 1)
In the vertical direction at the corners on the outer surface side of the upper connecting surface 3
Is a lower half butting surface formed by cutting out in a substantially L-shaped cross section up to the position. 12 and 12 ... are bolt insertion holes formed through the inner and outer surfaces of the panel 1. Reference numerals 13 and 13 denote concrete inflow grooves which are formed on the inner surface side of the panel 1 in the left-right and lateral directions and are recessed into a substantially triangular vertical section, and are provided at appropriate positions in appropriate numbers. Reference numeral 14 is a reinforcing wire mesh buried almost entirely in the panel 1. Reference numerals 15 and 15 denote connecting rod insertion holes that are vertically recessed in the horizontal surfaces 5 and 10.

(Embodiment) When the present invention is carried out and the panel 1 is produced, it is useful to form the underfloor ventilation opening by punching a part corresponding to the underfloor ventilation opening as needed. Further, the upper half butting surfaces 4 and 8 and the lower half butting surfaces 6 and 11 are not necessarily limited to the right-angled L-shape.

(Effect of the Invention) Next, when the present invention is carried out and the product of the present invention is used on a cloth foundation, as shown in FIG. While holding it against the concrete foundation width, in this case, it is desirable to insert a space adjusting piece B formed of concrete, for example, between the left and right panels 1 and 1. Insert the tightening bolt C into each bolt insertion hole 12. Then, while sequentially assembling the above structure on the cloth foundation A, the lateral surface 5 of the right adjacent panel 1 is contacted with the lateral surface 10 of the left adjacent panel 1 one after another, and the right adjacent panel is The upper half abutting surface 4 of 1 is the upper half abutting surface 8 of the panel 1 on the left side.
When butt-joined with each other, the butt faces 6 and 11 of the lower half of the adjacent panels 1 and 1 are butt-joined at the same time, and the left and right end faces of the adjacent panels 1 and 1 are abutted and connected in an upper and lower L-shape, respectively.
The left and right connecting panel surfaces are formed. Further, when reinforcing bars or concrete rods are inserted and connected in the connecting rod insertion holes 15, 15, the connection is made more firmly. Panel 1, 1 on cloth foundation A
.. After connecting and assembling as described above, left and right panels 1,
Mortars D and D for panel fixing are appropriately applied to the outer side of the base of No. 1 and further firmly fixed, and then the fresh concrete E is allowed to flow into the left and right panels 1 and 1, and the foundation top and bottom are quickly leveled, and Backfilling work can be performed at the same time up to part F by backfilling sand.

Therefore, by implementing the present invention, it is only necessary to assemble panels that are easy to assemble onto the cloth foundation. Since it can proceed at the same time, it takes 7 to 8 days, including waiting for curing, which can be greatly reduced to 2 to 3 days. In addition, since the temporary frame is not used, dismantling work of the temporary frame and scrap materials All the work such as off-site removal processing is also lost, and even the material warehouse that arranges incidental materials etc. is unnecessary, which greatly contributes to shortening the construction period and labor saving, personnel cost, transportation cost, temporary cost, other inventory place etc. This is a device that can reduce all of the expenses.
