Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 各辺および各角を丸み状とした角板状のバ
    リスタ素体と、該素体の表裏両面に設けた一方が
    凸形形状からなる一対のバリスタ電極と、前記バ
    リスタ素体の両側面に設け該バリスタ電極の表裏
    両面の同極同志を接続した外部電極とを具備し、
    前記バリスタ素体の表裏両面で対向するバリスタ
    電極間でバリスタ特性を得るようにしたチツプバ
    リスタ。 (2) 凸形形状からなるバリスタ電極先端部の両
    端形状をR形状としたことを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載のチツプバリスタ。 (3) 凸形形状からなるバリスタ電極先端部の両
    端形状を放物線的カーブ形状としたことを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載のチツ

    端形状を三角形状に角おとしとしたことを特徴と
