Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 処理室の前面開口部に開閉自在に設けられ
    た前面扉と、 前記処理室内の気体を排気するための排気手段
    と、 前記処理室外部へと通ずる入口と前記排気手段
    へと通ずる出口とを有するバイパス通風路と、 前記バイパス通風路内に流れる風量を制御して
    前記開口部からの流入風速を制御するためのバイ
    パス通風量制御手段とを備えるドラフトチヤンバ
    。 (2) 前記前面扉の外側に沿つてエアーカーテン
    を形成するように気流を生じさせるため給気手段
    をさらに備え、 前記バイパス通風路の入口は、前記エアーカー
    テンの気流を該エアーカーテンの終端付近で受け
    るように開口している、実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載のドラフトチヤンバ。 (3) 前記バイパス通風量制御手段は、 前記バイパス通風路内に設けられたダンパと、 前記前面扉の開口度を検知するための検知手段
    と、 前記検知手段の検知出力に応答して前記ダンパ
    を所定角度だけ回転させるためのダンパ制御手段
