Claims (1)
- パルスモータ等によりねじ送りされる工作機械
の移動部の上記ねじの熱変位による移動誤差を補
正する熱変位補正構造において、上記移動部に係
合する工作機械の不動側の所定位置に、マグネツ
トセンサを設けると共に、該マグネツトセンサの
検出信号立上り時における上記パルスモータ等の
送り量と上記マグネツトセンサの配設される位置
との偏差値により、上記パルスモータの送り量を
補正制御する制御手段とを設けることを特徴とす
る工作機械の熱変位補正装置。
