Claims (1)
- スピンドルヘツド等の移動体を工作機の支持体
に移動自在に装架し、この移動体を、支持体に回
動自在に支持した送りねじ軸により移動させるよ
うにした工作機において、支持体内には、移動体
の移動範囲内の基準位置に、移動体検出用の位置
センサを配設し、この位置センサによる移動体の
位置検出信号から、基準位置での送りねじ軸の熱
変位量を算出する基準熱変位量算出手段と、この
熱変位量に基いて、基準位置以外での送りねじ軸
の熱変位量を、移動体の移動位置に対応して算出
する換算熱変位量算出手段と、この換算された熱
変位量に基づき移動位置座標を補正する補正座標
値演算手段とを備えたことを特徴とする工作機に
おける送りねじ軸の熱変位量補正装置。
