給ホツパ、２４：上サンドマガジン、２５：上鋳
物砂溜り、２６：下サンドマガジン、２７：下鋳
物砂溜り、３０：ブロータンク、３１，３２，４
１：給気口、３８，４５：補助エヤー給気口、３
５，４２：砂吹出口。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. マツチプレート１をはさんで上下に重ね合わさ
    れた鋳枠４，５内へその各々の背面から鋳物砂を
    吹込む方式の鋳型造型機において、前記鋳枠４，
    ５の側方に上サンドマガジン２４、上鋳物砂溜り
    ２５、下サンドマガジン２６及び下鋳物砂溜り２
    ７をそれぞれ上下に連通させて形成したブロータ
    ンク３０を配設し、該上鋳物砂溜り２５及び下鋳
    物砂溜り２７の下側部に、上枠用ブローヘツド１
    ０及び下枠用ブローヘツド１８の砂吹込口９，１
    ７にそれぞれ連通可能な砂吹出口３５，４２を設
    け、前記上サンドマガジン２４及び下サンドマガ
    ジン２６の各々に給気口３１，４１を設けると共
    に、前記上鋳物砂溜り２５及び下鋳物砂溜り２７
    の砂吹出口３５，４２の各々の背部に中空室３６
    ，４３を介して補助エヤー給気口３８，４５を設
    け、該給気口３１，４１及び補助エヤー給気口３
    ８，４５を圧縮空気源と連通接続させたことを特
    徴とする吹込式鋳型造型機。
