上を半田部材より融点が高く、かつ比抵抗が2×
10−1Ω・cm以上の導電部材にて被覆したこと
を特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。 (2) 導電部材の主成分がグラフアイト粉末であ
り、その比抵抗が2×10−1〜3×102Ω・
cmであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第(1)項に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。 (3) 電極引出し層をコンデンサエレメントの広
い面積部分に、又は限定された小さい面積部分に
