  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ｌＡｇ−Ｐｄ系導電ペーストを用いて形成したＡｇ系導
    電層と、前記八ｇ系導電層に電気的に接続して形成した
    非Ａｇ系の導電層とを備えることを特徴とする電子部品
    の電極。 ２ 前記非Ａｇ系の導電層が無電解ニッケルメッキ層よ
    りなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電子部品の
    電極。 ３ 前記非〜系導電層が、Ａｇ系導電層の下層に形成さ
    れている、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項
    記載の電子部品の電極。
