Claims (1)
- 基板に搭載される集積回路パツケージの未実装
部に対応する熱伝導板の穴部に微小間隙を有して
係合されると共に周囲に複数の溝部が長手方向に
形成された熱伝導棒と、この熱伝導棒の溝部と前
記穴部との間に介装される弾力材とからなること
を特徴とするダミースタツド。
