Claims (1)
- 天びん機構を構成するビームの一端に垂設され
た試料容器を加熱炉内に配設してなる熱天びんに
おいて、前記試料容器の下方に均熱板を非接触状
態で配設する一方、均熱板に温度検出素子を設け
たことを特徴とする熱天びん。
