Claims (1)
- 流路のフローセルに光を至らしめる光学測定用
の光源を内蔵する光源ボツクスにおいて、ボツク
ス内に、分析流路の一部を構成する流路を光源か
ら受熱可能に配置するとともにボツクス内温度を
検知するセンサを設け、さらにボツクス壁に上記
センサ信号に基づいてボツクス内温度を制御すべ
く動作する排気装置を付設したことを特徴とする
光源ボツクス。
