- パルス光を発生する第１熱源と、ステツプ状に
光を発生する第２熱源と、該パルス光及びステツ
プ状の光を選択的に試料の一面に照射させるミラ
ーと、該パルス光又はステツプ状の光による該試
料の裏面の温度上昇を検出記録する検出記録装置
とを備えることを特徴とする熱定数測定装置。
