Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) Ｘ線回折測定のための試料を熱伝導で加熱
するヒータブロツクを有し、このヒータブロツク
の試料設置側から試料反対側に向かつて末広がり
の透孔が形成されていることを特徴とする試料加
熱装置。 (2) 前記ヒータブロツクの試料設置側に対向し
て輻射ヒータを設けたことを特徴とする請求項１
記載の試料加熱装置。
