６図は第５図におけるスイツチング動作時におけ
る負荷電圧の波形例を示す図、第７図は従来提案
されている時間間隔測定装置を示すブロツク図、
第８図はその動作例を示すタイムチヤート、第９
図は周期測定として使用する場合のゲート制御信
号発生回路の一部を示すブロツク図、第１０図は
二つの信号間の時間間隔を測定する例を示すゲー
ト制御信号発生回路の一部を示すブロツク図、第
１１図はゲート制御信号発生回路１９の他の例を
示すブロツク図である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 第１入力信号で１の状態に制御され、第２入力
    信号で他の状態に反転され、その第１入力信号か
    ら第２入力信号までの間、ゲート制御信号をゲー
    ト制御信号発生回路から発生し、そのゲート制御
    信号で第１ゲートを開閉制御し、その第１ゲート
    が開かれている間、これを通過した第１クロツク
    を測定用計数器で計数し、その計数値を第１入力
    信号と第２入力信号との間の時間間隔として表示
    器に表示する時間間隔測定装置において、 マスク時間を設定する設定手段と、ゲート制御
    信号又は外部同期信号と同期して開かれ、第２ク
    ロツクを通過させる第２ゲートと、その第２ゲー
    トから出力される第２クロツクを計数するマスク
    用計数器と、そのマスク用計数器が上記設定手段
    に設定されたマスク時間と対応した値を計数する
    まで上記ゲート制御信号発生回路より発生してい
    るゲート制御信号の停止を阻止する阻止手段とを
    具備することを特徴とする時間間隔測定装置。
