ンジスタと、該第４トランジスタとミラー関係に

ジスタのコレクタに接続された第５トランジスタ
と、前記第４トランジスタのコレクタ・エミツタ
間に並列接続された抵抗と、前記第２及び第５ト
ランジスタのコレクタ電流の差電流を取り出す電
流ミラー回路と、該電流ミラー回路を構成するト
ランジスタとベース及びエミツタが共通接続され
、コレクタが前記第１乃至第３トランジスタの共
通ベースに接続された帰還トランジスタから成り
