Claims (1)
射されたレーザ光を伝送する光フアイバーと、こ
の光フアイバーの出射端面側に所定間隔で配設さ
れた第1のレンズと、この第1のレンズと所定間
隔で配設され特定の波長に対しては高い反射率を
有しその他の波長に対しては高い透過率を有して
いるダイクロイツクミラーと、このダイクロイツ
クミラーの片側に所定間隔で配設された第2のレ
ンズと、上記ダイクロイツクミラーの他の側に所
定間隔で配設された第3のレンズと、この第3の
レンズと所定間隔で配設され所定の刻印が施され
ている焦点板と、この焦点板と所定間隔で順次配
設された撮像レンズ及びテレビカメラとを具備し
、 上記光フアイバーの出射端面を第1のレンズの
前側焦点位置に配置して第1のレンズの出射光を
平行ならしめ、その平行光線をダイクロイツクミ
ラーにて反射し、第2のレンズに導き、この第2
のレンズによつて被加工物に集光させ、かつこの
被加工物からの光を上記第2のレンズ及びダイク
ロイツクミラーを経て第3のレンズにより焦点板
に結像し、更にその像を撮像レンズでテレビカメ
ラに結像させることを特徴とするレーザ加工装置
。 (2) 上記第3のレンズと上記焦点ミラーの間に
半透明ミラーを配設し、この半透明ミラーにより
照明用光源からの光束を導入して、上記被加工物
の表面を照明するようにした実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項記載のレーザ加工装置。 (3) 上記光フアイバーの出射端面及び第1のレ
ンズからなる光学系と、上記第3のレンズ、焦点
板、撮像レンズ及びテレビカメラからなる光学系
とを入替え、かつ上記ダイクロイツクミラーの特
性を逆特性に設定した実用新案登録請求の範囲第
