Claims (1)
ームスプリツタにより分岐し、透過光を光フアイ
バーを介して出力光として取出すと共に、反射光
を前記出力光をモニタする受光素子に導くように
したレーザ光源において、前記ビームスプリツタ
にキユーブ・ビームスプリツタを用いたことを特
徴とするレーザ安定化光源。 (2) 半導体レーザをレンズにより集光した後ガ
ラス板で構成されたビームスプリツタにより分岐
し、透過光を光フアイバーを介して出力光として
取出すと共に、反射光を前記出力光をモニタする
受光素子に導くようにしたレーザ光源において、
前記反射光のうちビームスプリツタにおける入射
面での反射光と出射面での反射光のいずれか一方
が前記受光素子に導かれるようにガラスの板厚を
選定してなるレーザ安定化光源。 (3) 半導体レーザをレンズにより集光した後ガ
ラス板で構成されたビームスプリツタにより分岐
し、透過光を光フアイバーを介して出力光として
取出すと共に、反射光を前記出力光をモニタする
受光素子に導くようにしたレーザ光源において、
前記ビームスプリツタを構成するガラスの一方の
面に反射防止用コーテングを施してなるレーザ安
定化光源。 (4) レンズとビームスプリツタとの間に偏光子
を挿入配置したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第(1)項乃至第(3)項記載のレーザ安定化
