Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 前処理工程Ｘ、メッキ工程Ｙ、後処理工程Ｚ及び仕上げ
    工程Ｓと順次配設してなるメッキ処理工程において、水
    洗槽Ｚ１硝酸槽Ｚ２水洗槽Ｚ３クロム酸処理槽２．水洗
    槽ｚ５及び湯洗槽ｚ６が連続してなる後処理工程Ｚの上
    方に移動レール１，１′を立設すると共に、その移動レ
    ール１，１′上に横架して移動自在なるキャリアー２の
    中央に麦稈３を垂下し、更にこの麦稈３を昇降枠４に突
    設する嵌挿環５．５′に嵌挿し、次いでこの昇降枠４の
    上端に、キャリアー２上に載置するモーター６の回転駆
    動により回転するスプロケット７に噛合して回動するロ
    ーラーチェーン８の一端を固着して昇降枠４が昇降自在
    なる様にし、又昇降枠４の他面に突設する保持筒９にく
    字形の摺動溝１０を開設すると共にこの保持筒９内に、
    下端にバレル１１を掛脱自在に吊下する様にした支持環
    １２の上端部を緩挿して前記保持筒９の摺動溝１０内よ
    り支持環１２に摺動ピン１３を植設し、更に昇降枠４の
    上面に載置するモーター１４の回転軸に軸着しだ回転盤
    １５に固着する回動ピン１６を、支持環１２の上端に回
    動自在に取着した連結稈１７の上端と連結して、回転盤
    −１５の回転により支持−１２が上下に昇降すると同時
    に左右に回動して、この下端に吊下するバレル１１を同
    様に揺動自在としてなるメッキ後処理装置。
