Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は製鉄所より発生ずる鋼滓並びに同ステンレス鋼
の酸処理後のＩｙ！液という共に所謂廃物をドツキング
さゼる事によりこれら２つの廃物のその後の後処ｆｉｌ
！　Ｊｅ省き、かつ無公害な合成物となす方法であり、
更に詳しくはステンレス鋼の酸処理の後工程として有効
酸を回収した残余液及び又は表面酸洗後の廃液を、鋼滓
と混和することによって上記両者を中和せしめることを
特徴とする廃酸液の処理方法に係るものである。
以下本発明を、従来方法と比較考量し乍ら２丁述して行
く。
まず本発明で用いるステンレス鋼滓の代表的な化学成分
分析値を下記第１表に示す。
第１表　（重量％） の成分例を下記第２表に示す。
第２表　（ｇ／ｌ） ンレス紹滓と廃酸とを、混和→攪拌をし、ある時間経過
後の上澄液のｆ＆さを測定した結果を第１図に示す。
なおこの第１図には、従来法である第２図に示すフロー
シートで示される様な方法で処理を行なった結果をも０
１記した。
又濾過性の比較試験として吸引濾過器を用いて濾過させ
た具合の濾過後の沈殿物の水分（％）は下５己の通りで
あった。
なお本発明法によって処理した場合の沈殿生成物の品位
は、例えば下記第３表の通りである。
第３表　（重量％） 以」二連へて来た如く、本願発明方法によれば、別途に
（重用していｌこ１価なアルカリ剤が不要で、かつ中和
生成物中になお残存する微細メタルは磁選により回収出
来る。しかもスラグ中のＣａ、　ｔ’１ｇ化合物がＣ−
“を還元してＣｒ”となし次いて共沈させるので有害な
（ｒｌｒが発生しなくなる効果がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １、ステンレス鋼の酸処理の後工程として有効酸を回収
    した残余ｉ戊及び又は表面酸洗後の廃液を、鋼滓と混和
    することによ−）で上記両者を中和せしめることを特徴
    とずろ廃酸液の処理方法。
