ラ−１３はレンズ系、４は撮像管、５はフィルタ、６は
ホトマスクをそれぞれ示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 受光器として撮像管を用い、試料照明用光源としてタン
    グステンランプを用い、試料からの反射光を受光して信
    号処理するホトマスク用表面検査装置において、光源と
    受光器との間に６５３（黄緑色）フィルターを挿入して
    用いることを特徴とする表面検査装置。
