Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 縮小投影式露光装置に於いて、レチクル面の付着異物や
    傷などを検出する際に、レチクル面上ヘレーザ光を照射
    し、レチクル面からの乱反射光を測定し異物の大きさを
    判定するものと、レーザ光で走査すると同時に、レーザ
    光以外の光源を使って行うことを特徴とするレチクル面
    の傷の検査装置。
