Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は自動車のピラーガーニッシュの取付ＩＩ造に関
する。
一般に第１図に示すように自動車のセンターピラーガー
ニッシュ２（右側）は下側部品３と上側部品４に上下に
分かれさらに上側部品３は第２図、第３図に示すように
ピラ一本体１ａとその前側フランジ部１ｂをカバーする
前記部品３ａと、後側フランジ部１ｂ’をカバーする後
側部品３ｂと前後に二分割されておりこれら上側部品３
の前、後側部品３ａ、３ｂを取り付ける場合には先ず下
側部品４をとりつけておき、その後前側部品３ａを耳片
３ｄにもうけたビス取り付は孔３ｅヘビス５によりピラ
一本体１ａに取り付け、その上に後側部品３ｂを重ね合
わせビス６により前記取り付は孔３ｅとは別にもうけた
ビス取り付は孔３ｆに取り付は上側部品３を取付けてい
た。
尚前側部品３ａ、後側部品３ｂの基部３ｙ、３ｈはフラ
ンジ部１ａ、ｌｂに単にひっかけるだけである。
又下側部品４は一体形状で上側部品３の下側に押さえて
取り付ける。
尚１２はシート、１３はドアトリム、１４はキラキング
プレートを示す。
しかしながらかかる構造のセンターピラーガーニッシュ
の上側部品３は縁部の継ぎ目が室内側乗員からよく目に
つき、しかも形状に誤差がある場合は、継ぎ目が不均衡
となり、又各縁部の継ぎ目が前方に片寄って（後方の場
合もある）上側部品を単体として見た場合又、室内全体
から見た場合、片寄って見栄えが悪かった。
又、取り付けに対してもビス５，６を使う必要があり、
しかも各々別々に取りつけるためコストアップとなると
共に作業工数を要するという欠点があった。
本考案はピラーガーニッシュの上側部品における前、後
側部品の縁部の一方を他方に嵌合したとき、少くとも２
本の底線を有する凹部が形成される様にすると共に左右
ガーニッシュのいずれか一方の縁部が凹部を形成する底
線の一本になる様にし、かつ凹部を含む外形を左右対称
形状とした。
以下本考案の一実施例を第４図〜第９図を参照して説明
する。
従来と同じ部分は同符号をつける。
センターピラーガーニッシュ２の上側部品３の左右に分
割された前、後側部品３ａ、３ｂの縁部の形状は嵌着状
態において第５図ａの断面形状に示す如く前側部品３ａ
と後側部品３ｂとが前後対称（図では左右対称）形状と
なる。
即ち、各室内側凸部３］、３ｎは同一平面で同巾寸法で
あり、嵌着部における凹部３には形威される底線２０ａ
、２０ｂまでの深さも同寸法とする。
従ってセンターピラーガーニッシュは略左右対称形状と
なる。
前側部品３ａの縁部には係合耳片７ａ、７ｂを後側部品
３ｂには前側部品３ａの縁部が嵌合する条溝８を形威し
、前記係合耳片７ａ、７ｂの裏面には爪９ａ、９ｂを形
威し、前記条溝８の内壁には前記爪９ａ、９ｂが係合す
る係合孔１０ａ、１０ｂを穿設する。
又、各側部品３ａ、３ｂにはフランジ部１ｂ、ｌｂ’へ
の取付けのための上下全長にわたって形成した基部１１
ａ、ｌｌｂと該基部１１ａ、１１ｂとでフランジ部１ｂ
、１ｂ′とを挾置する上下全長に対し複数個もうけた係
止部１２ａ、１２ｂを形成する。
係止部１２ａ。１２ｂはフランジ部１ｂ、ｌｂ’と嵌合
しないときは第７図に示す如く内側に付勢されている。
又、各上側部品３ａ、３ｂの下端は第８図に示す如く下
側部品４の上段部４ａの上に嵌合させる。
尚、下側部品４は図示しないが上側部品３と同じくビス
止めでなく、上下全長にわたって形威した基部と上下全
長に対し複数個もうけた係止部とでフランジ部１ｂ、ｌ
ｂ’を挾置しとめる。
但し下側部品４は左右に２分割していない。
本考案は上記構成よりなり次のようにして取付ける。
まず下側部品４をピラ一本体１ａにとりつけ下側部品の
下端両側をキラキングプレート１４で押えて固定し、そ
の後上側部品３を構成する各側部品の下端を下側部品４
の上段部４ａ上にそれぞれ合わせ、つづいてフランジ部
１ｂ、ｌｂ’を各側部品３ａ、３ｂの基部１１ａ、ｌｌ
ｂと係止部１２ａ、１２ｂとで挾置し前側部品３３ａの
縁部に形威した耳片７ａ、７ｂの爪９ａ、９ｂを後側部
品３ｂの条溝８に形威した係合孔１０ａ、１０ｂに嵌合
させて取付ける。
従ってセンターピラーガーニッシュの上側部品３は完全
に固定される。
上記のように本考案センターピラーガーニッシュによれ
ば、前後側部材の縁部が嵌合したとき、継ぎ目が凹部に
形成する底線２０ａ、２０ｂの一本に形成されてあたか
も一体で形威されたように見え、更に各縁部の凹部は左
右対称形状となり室内外観を向上させる。
又、取り付けはビスが要らず部分点数が削減でキ、シか
もワンタッチで嵌合して取り付けることができるので作
業工数が大巾に減少でき相俟ってコストダウンにつなが
るという利点を有する。
尚、本考案は凹部に形成する底線は２本に限定するもの
でなく、第９図ａに示すよう多数の溝２１を形威しても
よく、又第９図すに示すよう閣内に凸部を形成したり第
９図Ｃに示すように凹部内に凹部を形威し底線２０ａ〜
２０ｆを数多くつくってもよい。
又第５図すのように凹部を含む外形であってもよい。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）左右に分割されたピラーガーニッシュにおいテ、
    前記左右のピラーガーニッシュの一方の縁部を他方の縁
    部に嵌着し、この嵌着部に少なくとも２本の底線を有し
    その一本が前記左右のピラーガーニッシュの一方の縁部
    となる左右対称形状の凹部を形成して成るピラーガーニ
    ッシュ。
  2. （２）縁部の一方に爪を有する係合耳片を、他方に該爪
    と係合する係合孔を有し、前記係合耳片を含む縁部を嵌
    着する条溝を形成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録語
    請求の範囲第（１）項記載のピラーガーニッシュ。
