Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は電気抵抗体および効率の良い加熱装置の製造方
法に関するものである。
本発明は可撓性無機絶縁支持体上に曲線状またはその他
適当な模様状に一枚または複数の炭素繊維のテープを配
置し、この配置済み支持体を耐熱性無機または有機含浸
剤で被覆し、この処理済み支持体をカレンダー加工する
ことを特徴としている。
以下、本発明を添旬図面に示す一実施例を用いて説明す
る。
第1図において、例えばマイカペーパーまたはガラス薄
片ペーパーまたはマイカ薄片とガラス薄片との混合物で
(Il成されるペーパーで作られた可撓性無機絶縁支持
体1に予め適当な含浸剤3中に浸清され且つ可動案内手
段2′によって所望形状にテープ上に配置される炭素繊
維のテープ2が配tう]される。こうして配置された支
持体はドラム5およびスクレーパー6を介して供給され
る含浸剤4で被覆される。次いで、この製品はカレンダ
ー7を通過し、乾燥され、切断される。また、少なくと
も片面を他の可撓性無機絶縁体製シート、好ましくは最
初の支持体を構成するものと同し構成のシー1へで被う
ことも可能である。
上記含浸剤は無機含浸剤、例えばケイ酸カリウムまたは
水ガラスのようなゲイ酸塩、燐酸塩、硼酸塩または硼リ
ン酸塩をヘースとしたアルカリ塩または熱硬化性シリコ
ーンフェスのよな耐熱性有機含浸剤にすることができる
。製品の可撓性は一般に製作工程中においてのみ要求さ
れる。最終製品は剛体であっても差支えない。
第2図は炭素繊維のテープが配置された支持体の一例を
示している。点線9は最後に打ら抜きて切断する形状を
示している。この図はアイしIンに備え付けられる抵抗
体を示している。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 】) 可撓性態akI=縁支持体上に曲線状またはその
    他適当な模様状に一枚または複数の炭素繊維テープを配
    置し、この配置済み支持体を無機または有機“1■(熱
    性含浸剤で被バIし、こうして処理された支(,11体
    にカレンダー加工することを特徴とする絶縁支持体と一
    体の電気抵抗体の製造方法。 2) 前記炭素繊維製テープを予め(81(桟または有
    機含浸剤中に浸清することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲
    第1項記載の方法。 3) FFj記可撓性無n 8F= 縁支持体がマイカ
    ペーパーおよび/またはガラス薄片で作られていること
    を1、j徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項または第2項に
    記載の方法。 4) 前記含浸剤がシリコーンフェスであることを特徴
    とする特許請求の範囲第1.2または3項いずれか一項
    に記載の方法。 5)前記含浸剤が下記の無機材料の−っまたはト記無機
    側料の2種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする特許請
    求の範囲第1.2または3項いずれか一項に記載の方法
    : ケイ酸塩、リン酸塩、硼酸塩または硼リン酸塩をベース
    にしたアルカリ塩。 6) カレンダー加工済みの上記製品が少なくとも一枚
    の他の可撓性絶縁支持体層で被覆されていることを特徴
    とする特許請求の範囲第1〜5項いずれか一項に記載の
    方法。 7)得られた製品を打抜き加工で切断し、これを加熱装
    置に取付けることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1〜6
    項いずれが一項に記載の方法。 8) 前記炭素繊維の代わりにケイ素炭化物を用いるこ
    とを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1〜7 tBいずれか
    一項に記載の方法。 9)特許請求の範囲第1〜8項いずれが一項によって製
    作された製品を備えた加熱装置。
