    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. モジュール型素子が取付けられるアルミニューム材製の
    熱伝達板、この熱伝達板にロー付により重ね合わせて取
    付けら杆るアルミニューム材製の放熱板とから構成され
    るブレージングフィンに於いて、上記熱伝達板における
    放熱板側の面に凹部を形成し、熱伝達板におけるモジュ
    ール型素子取付側面からその凹部内底面に向ってモジュ
    ール型素子取付ネジのネジ孔を貫通してなるブレージン
    グフィン。
