  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 気密に封止された容器にζ少なくとも始動用希ガ支と、
    発光金属もしくは金属ノ１０ゲン化物を封有してなる無
    電極金属蒸気発光管をマイクロ波乃至その近傍の波長の
    電磁波で励起発光させ不金属蒸気放蝋灯において、前記
    気密封止管が、透光性セラミック製で且つ球状もしくは
    球状に近い形状をなしていることを特徴とする金属蒸気
