断面図である。 １．１１は半導体レーザチップ、１２は支持台、１３は
窓、１４はキャップ部、１９は非点収差補正板である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体レーザチップをマウントする支持台と、前記半導
    体レーザチップから導出されるレーザ光の非点収差補正
    板が窓部に所定角度傾けて配されたキャップ部とを有し
    、前記非点収差補正板によって前記レーザ光の非点収差
    が補正される如く前記支持台と前記キャップ部に位置合
    せ部を形成してなる半導体レーザ装置。
