おいて、マスターの操作角が所定値を超えたことを検出
する位置検出手段と、この位置検出手段の動作によりク
ロックパルスを予め設定された数だけカウントするカウ
ンタと、このカウンタの出力信号をマスターの位置検出
器の出力信号に重畳する加算器とを有することを特徴と
