手段、３８は冷却手段、１７，２７は加熱手段を示す。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）所定の電気回路素子が内蔵されたケースと、該ケ
    ースの側面から外方へ突出され、前記ケースの内部で前
    詰電気回路素子に接続きれた所定数の端子とを備えた電
    気部品が、前記端子に対一応した半田付は部を有する回
    路の前記半田付は部に半田付けされるか、又はその半田
    付けを解除させる際に用いられる半田付は又は半田付は
    解除装置であって、 前記電気部品のケースに接触して前記電気部品を吸着す
    る吸着手段と、 前記吸着手段を冷却する冷却手段と、 前記電気部品の端子を加熱し前記回路の半田付は部との
    間で半田を溶解して半田付は又は半田付は解除を行なう
    加熱手段とからな成る電気部品の半田付は又は半田付は
    解除装置。
  2. （２）前記を却手段は前記電気部品のケースも冷却する
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載
    の電気部品半田付は又は半田付は解除装置。
  3. （３）前記冷却手段は前記加熱手段が前記端子を加熱し
    前記回路の半田付は部との間で半田を溶解している所定
    の期間前記冷却手段の冷却動作を中断することを特長と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１．項に記載の電気部品
    半田付は又は半田付は解除装置。
