Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 分極軸が逆になるように２枚の圧電素子を接合して形成
    した圧電バイモルフにおいて、前記２枚の圧電素子の共
    通接続点を第１のスイッチ手段を介して駆動電源の一方
    に接続し、一方の圧電素子の他の端子を前記駆動電源の
    他方に接続するとと−もに、他方の圧電素子の他の端子
    を第２のスイッチ手段に接続して、前記第１のスイッチ
    手段がオンのときは第２のスイッチ手段をオフとする一
    方、前記第１のスイッチ手段がオフとなったとき、第２
    のスイッチ手段をオンとして、前記一方の圧電素子の電
    圧で他方の圧電素子を駆動することを特徴とする圧電バ
    イモルフの駆動回路。
