Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は主として車両用のエンジンにおける潤滑装置に
関する。
従来この種装置としてエンジンのクランク室の下面にこ
れと閉じるオイルパンを着脱自在に設けると共に該室内
にオイル吸入口を有するオイルポンプと、これに連通路
を介して連るオイルフィルタとを並設させ、更に該連通
路に設定圧以上では開くリリーフ弁を備える式のものは
知られるが、この場合該リリーフ弁は該ポンプ或は該ク
ランク室に螺子その他で結着して固定される式を一般と
するもので、その着脱に手数を要し、面倒であるを免れ
ない。
本考案はか）る不都合のない装置を得ることをその目的
としたもので、エンジン１のクランク室２の下面にオイ
ルパン３を螺子４その他で結着して着脱自在に設けると
共に該クランク室２内にオイル吸入口５を有するオイル
ポンプ６と、これに連通路７を介して連るオイルフィル
タ８とを設け、更に該連通路７に設定圧以上では開＜リ
リーフ弁９を備える式のものにおいて、該リリーフ弁９
を該連通路７に予め形成される該オイルパン３に向う開
口１０内に挿入してこれを該オイルパン３でその背面か
ら支承させて威る。
図示のものでは、該オイルパン３に上面のリブ１１を形
成して該リリーフ弁９を該リブ１１でその背面から支承
させるようにし、この場合該リブ１１は比較的狭幅とす
る。
即ち該リリーフ弁９は外周の弁筺９ａとその内部の摺動
自在の弁体９ｂとから戊り、該弁体９ｂ内の室９ｃは下
面の開口９ｄで外部に連通ずるが、この場合該リブ１１
は該開口９ｄに比し狭幅に形成するようにした。
更に前記した螺子４は該オイルパン３の外周縁に複数個
に配設されるが、各螺子４は前記した開口１０と互に平
行する軸心上に存するようにした。
更に図示のものでは、該連通路７を構成するチューブと
、該吸入口５の開口端のオイルフィルタスクリーン５ａ
についてもこれを該オイルパン３で下面から支承させる
もので、更に詳細には該チューブは該オイルパン３上の
リブ１２と、該スクリーン５ａは該オイルパン３上のリ
ブ１３とで夫々下面から支承されるようにした。
このように本考案によるときはリリーフ弁９は連通路７
に形成される開口１０内に挿入されてオイルパン３で背
面から支承されるもので、従来の螺子で結着する式のも
のに比しその着脱を簡単且容易にすることが出来ると共
にその取付けを安定にすることが出来る等の効果を有す
る。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. エンジン１のクランク室２の下面にオイルパン３を螺子
    ４その他で結着して着脱自在に設けると共に該クランク
    室２内にオイル吸入口５を有するオイルポンプ６と、こ
    れに連通路７を介して遮るオイルフィルタ８とを設け、
    更に該連通路７に設定圧以上では開くリリーフ弁９を備
    える式のものにおいて、該リリーフ弁９を該連通路７に
    予め形成される該オイルパン３に向う開口１０内に挿入
    してこれを該オイルパン３でその背面から支承させて戒
    るエンジンの潤滑装置。
