    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一　　　　　負荷に対して並列に挿入される主トランジ
    スタ′をオン・オフ制御口、そのチョッピング出力を整
    流平滑化して負荷に供給する主回路をもつチョッパー回
    路において、前記主トランジスタのベース回路にベース
    電流引抜き用トランジスタを設け、該ベース電流引抜き
    用トランジスタのベースと主回路間に抵抗とコンデンサ
    との直列回路を設け、′主トランジスタのオフ時におけ
    る前記コンデンサへの充電電流によって前記ベース電流
    引抜き用トランジスタを一時的に導通させるようにした
    並列制御式チョッパー回路。　　−゛
