Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a cosmetic activating the skin metabolism, increasing the springiness of the skin, and having excellent moisture-retaininability, by using a hyaluronic acid-protein complex, and a moisture-retaining component such as amino acid and/or a physiologically active component such as vitamin, as seential components. CONSTITUTION:The objective cosmetic such as beauty wash, cream, milky lotion, pack, face wash, etc. contains, as essential components, (A) a hyaluronic acid-protein complex (>=0.00001wt%) which is a main component of the extract or powder obtained by washing the funis, cockscomb, animal skin, vitreous body of the eyeball, etc. with water, finely crushing at a low temperature, and extracting and purifying the powder without carrying out the enzymatic decinoisition, and (B) a moisture-retaining component (>=0.01wt%) such as amino acid, NMF component (e.g. lactic acid), peptide, polysaccharide, etc. and/or a physiologically active component (0.0001wt%) such as vitamin, enzyme, extract of crude drug, nucleic acid-relating substance, etc. EFFECT:Excellent skin-protecting and moisture-retaining capability.

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】本発明は、新規な化粧料に関し、その目的とするところ
は、皮膚の新陳代謝を活発にし、皮膚の弾力性を増し、
皮膚の保護と水分の保持性に優れた効果を有する化粧料
を提供するものである６皮膚を組織学的に解析すると、
真皮にはコラーゲン繊維と弾力繊維が網状を形成してお
り、それが皮膚の弾力性と引っ張り強度をもたらしてい
るとされている。これら繊維は、コラーゲンまたはエラ
スチンという繊維状蛋白質と、ヒアルロン酸及びコンド
ロイチン硫酸といったムコ多糖類から成る間質より構成
されている。またムコ多糖類は、フリーの状態で存在し
ているのではなく、ムコ多糖−蛋白複合体として含水ゲ
ル状のマトリックスを構成して機能するものである［総

従来より、皮膚組織成分の化粧品への配合研究は行なわ
れており、なかでもムコ多糖類中ヒアルロン酸が注目さ
れている［特公昭３３−５００、特公昭５１−１１１７

０６、特開昭５７−１８３７０７、特開昭５７−１８５
２０８］。しかしながらこれらの応用例はいずれも、ヒ
アルロン酸フリーの状態のものであった０本発明者等の
、ムコ多糖類、特にヒアルロン酸の皮膚組織での機能の
研究によれば、ヒアルロン酸−蛋白複合体の状態で化粧
料に配合した場合のほうが、肌あれ防止、しっとり感等
の有効性が高いことが判明した。しかしながら、人によ
りその効果が一定しないという欠点があった。本発明者
等は、さらにヒアルロン酸−蛋白複合体の配合研究を続
けた結果、保湿成分もしくは生理活性成分との組み合わ
せにより、その効果が著しく増強されることを見い出し
本発明を完成させた。すなわち本発明は、ヒアルロン酸
−蛋白複合体と、保湿成分及び／又は生理活性成分とを
必須成分として含有することを特徴とする化粧料である

That is, the present invention is a cosmetic material containing a hyaluronic acid-protein complex and a moisturizing ingredient and/or a physiologically active ingredient as essential ingredients.

本発明に用いるヒアルロン酸−蛋白複合体は、線帯・鶏
のトサカ・動物の皮膚・眼球ガラス体等を水洗後、低温
下細砕し、酵素分解を行なわず、抽出精製したエキス、
又は粉末であり、主成分としてヒアルロン酸−蛋白複合
体を含むものであり、その使用量は０．００００１重量

本発明の化粧料の作用効果につき、使用テストにより試
験を行なった。使用テストは、３０名の乾性肌の女性を
各群１０名ずつの３群に分はパネルとした。第１群には
実施例１のクリームを、第２群には実施例２の乳液を、
第３群には実施例３の化朗水を使用テストさせた。毎日
朝と夜の２回、洗顔後、化粧料を適量顔面に、２週間に
わたって塗布することにより行なった。評価は、「肌に
弾力性がありハリが感じられるようになった」、「肌が
しっとりとしているように感じられるようになった」、
「肌のあれが気にならなくなった」の３項目につきその
